CAIPS/GMCS NOTES AND LETTER OF EXPLANATION

Rejection Reason : "Applicant is not a bona-fide student and has backlogs/low grade"

Points to include in SOP/letter of explanation:
-Show the comparison of marks in first attempt and 2nd attempt. You can write in your letter of explanation/SOP that it shows your commitment towards your studies. You did not lose hope and were not sitting on your low grades/backlogs. You instead worked hard and this shows that you can handle stress and perform under pressure
-All the courses that we study to obtain our degree are not the course courses. Examples – If you have a degree with a specialization in human resources then courses like statistics, mathematics, MIS, economics are not core courses but they are necessary to obtain the degree. Courses like recruitment, training and development, payroll, etc are the core courses and they are more important to make a career. If you have scored well in your core courses then you can always convince the visa officer that you focused more on your core courses and hence you suffered backlog/low grades in your non-core courses but having said that you will focus on all the courses equally in future

-Do not hesitate to include any personal issues like sickness, family issues (if any) in your letter of explanation

Rejection Reason : "PA is single and of migratory age with no previous travel history and is currently unemployed."

Points to include in SOP/letter of explanation:

-Currently, my age is XX yrs and I believe it is too early for me to get married without attaining a right career for myself. Point of unemployment also does not arise as I did not intend to work until I attain a certain qualification. I currently only want to focus on my studies.
