CASE SPECIFIC ENQUIRY FOR APPLICATION/UCI# (STUDY, VISIT AND WORK)
If you don't have your application# or UCI # then you can send a case specific enquiry and ask CIC for it.
- Select the type of application as “Temporary
Residence”. Depending on
whether you applied online or through VFS, you have to select the option
from the list.
- In the Enquiry, you have to ask for the
application # and UCI#. You can indicate that you had applied for
visitor/study/work visa in the month of MONTH_NAME,
201__ and it was refused but
you never got the refusal letter or you misplaced the letter that had the number.
- You should mention your passport# and attach the
passport scanned copy.
- Complete all
the other information on the page and click submit.
- They will reply to you via email in couple of
weeks.
